It starts with a conversation...
Whether it’s a video call or an in-person meeting at Gilly’s office in South Staffordshire or a meeting with Katrina in/around London, we ensure you have our undivided attention. During this meeting, we explore the kind of holiday experience you are looking for – it could be an escorted group tour to an independent tailor-made itinerary just for you, and anything in-between. You can book a meeting here.
Once we’ve put together your itinerary, we’ll meet again, either via video or in person, to present our recommendations. We’ll fine-tune everything until it’s just right for you. There’s no pressure to book, and our services come at no extra cost.
Most of our holidays can be reserved with a deposit, with the final balance due 14 weeks before travel. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can pay in monthly instalments up to 6 weeks before departure. Once you’ve booked, we’ll be on hand to answer any questions or concerns you have, plus we offer you a ‘pre-travel’ meeting where we review destination entry requirements and discuss your trip in exacting detail.

Before you go...
We offer pre-travel checks to make sure every detail is taken care of, double-checking your passport is valid, discussing visas and vaccination requirements and travel insurance. We can also assist with flight special assistance, seat selection, meals and online check-in.
We can also manage your UK arrangements from airport transfers, hotels, parking, express security and lounge passes.
On arrival...
You can opt-in to our ‘arrival contact’ service, this is where we speak within 24 hours of your arrival. We find that many women find it reassuring that someone knows where they are when they’re travelling – but they don’t like to put that responsibility on their family or friends.
Throughout your holiday...
All your travel plans are right at your fingertips, anytime you need them, on your smartphone. With our travel app, your entire itinerary is available before and during your trip, making it easier than ever to stay organised, informed, and connected, no matter where you are. The app also provides real-time updates, alerting both us and you of any flight delays or cancellations, plus there’s a chat function where you can stay in touch with us!
Plus, our app is designed to work offline, giving you uninterrupted access to your travel plans anytime, anywhere. Whether you’re navigating a remote village or exploring a bustling city, your itinerary is just a tap away.
Support when you need it...
You will also have access to a 24/7 emergency contact number should they have an emergency just before you travel or when they are away on holiday.
You also have the option to book our additional support services, these are pre-scheduled video meetings where we can just catch up for a chat or you can book our Virtual Dinner Date, a great option if you’re not sure about eating alone for the first time.
When you get home...
We will invite you to a post-travel meeting where we encourage you to share what you loved about your holiday, but also challenges you faced and how you overcame them. This is a great way for us to help grow our knowledge and to share first-hand insights from fellow solo travellers to the No Stopping Her community.
