At No Stopping Her we often talk about the adventure itself, but just as important are the practical steps that make it all possible.
One of our wonderful ladies, Sue, is about to embark on an unforgettable solo cruise from Honolulu to Vancouver. It is the kind of journey that feels bold and exciting, particularly when you are travelling independently.
Before she travels, there are entry requirements to take care of. As her itinerary includes both the United States and Canada, she needed to complete an ESTA and an eTA application. Sue came into the office and our brilliant admin whizz, Stephanie, sat alongside her while she completed both online applications. The responsibility for travel documentation always sits with the traveller, but having someone calm and knowledgeable beside you, guiding you through each screen, can remove a great deal of unnecessary stress.
For many solo women, it is not the trip itself that feels daunting, it is the paperwork beforehand. Taking the time to sit together, answer questions and double check everything properly is part of the service we quietly provide every day.
Sue said to us recently,
“I simply would not be doing these adventures without you. Knowing you are there makes me brave enough to say yes.”
This cruise marks Sue’s tenth trip with us. Ten adventures, ten leaps of faith, and growing confidence each time.
